Judge Bertram R. Gelfand is a hearing officer with National Arbitration and Mediation, Inc. (NAM), one of the nation’s leading dispute resolution institutions. Founded in 1992, NAM has a nationwide panel of nearly 2,000 top-tier former judges and practicing specialists uniquely qualified to resolve legal matters in a private forum. Prior to his work at NAM, Judge Gelfand worked at various alternative dispute resolution providers in New York.
