As a food service professional and businessman, Mr. Crowley has spent his entire career connecting with and understanding the everyday concerns of ordinary Americans. He started his career working lunch counters at McNally’s drug store serving dozens of New Yorkers per day in the 1950’s. He later went to work at Leo’s Restaurant and entered into a partnership at Tom Sawyer restaurant in New Jersey. In addition to his restaurant experience, he has served as a driver for the Indian delegation to the United Nations and was an officer of the Allied Trades Council. Along with being an Executive Committee member and Trustee of the Foundation, he is currently a Trustee of the Union Mutual Foundation.
