The Foundation is searching for new or ongoing cases in local, state or federal court where case outcomes may have considerable impact in our core areas of legal advocacy. We are currently reviewing cases in the areas of animal rights, class actions, international law, election integrity, healthcare, judicial reform, national security, illegal immigration, governmental oversight, and race-based discrimination. Special attention will be paid to cases where there is evidence that the rights and freedoms of individuals, businesses or organizations have been unjustly infringed upon by the government or other regulating authorities. Contact the Foundation and we may be able to help. For an overview of our core areas of legal advocacy and position statements, please visit our Legal Actions page.
