BIOGRAPHY

David Glazer, Esq., is a parter at Shafer Glazer law firm and has had extensive experience in the State and Federal courts, including trials and appeals. He heads the firm’s Appellate Practice. David has also been involved in the defense of automobile liability, construction liability, environmental/toxic tort, general liability, municipal liability, premises liability, products liability, security company liability and workers’ compensation claims. David’s cases have been reported in both Federal and State reporters and his articles have appeared in a number of legal publications. He is an Elected Member of the Executive Committee of the Torts, Insurance and Compensation Law Section of the New York State Bar Association, the editor of the Torts, Insurance and Compensation Law Journal and a member of the New York State Bar Association Committee on Insurance Programs. He has lectured on various subjects in his field in both New York and New Jersey. David was honored as a New York Super Lawyer for 2006, 2007, and 2010 and 2011 by Law & Politics Magazine. He receieved his Bachelor’s degree at Duke University and his J.D. at Brooklyn Law School.
